Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULING/ LATE/ RETURN POLICY
-In order to reserve time with Claire Egurrola, a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will be obtained. Once the funds are collected, and you choose to cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your retainer as a CANCELLATION FEE.
-In the event of a RESCHEDULED reservation, a one-time charge of $150 (per rescheduling) will be charged to the card on file. The NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will carry forward with the rescheduled reservation.
-For all REOCCURING reservations reserved without a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will require a credit card at the time of booking. In the event you need to CANCEL, FAIL TO APPEAR, LATE or RESCHEDULE your reservation, a 50% of service reserved will be charged as a CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULE / LATE FEE.
-To cancel a reservation without being charged a fee you must cancel 3 DAYS PRIOR to your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a reservation you will be rescheduled and the CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULE/ LATE FEE will be charged to the card on file.
-Claire Egurrola does not offer any refunds for work performed, or products used during your reservation.
